Q. What could be more exhilarating than catching the bouquet at a wedding? A. Winning an Afnan Studios competition. FACT.[/caption]I am currently running two competitions to celebrate the launch of my new website.
One competition has been running on Facebook with a signed, framed fine-art print from my collection up for grabs.
The other competition has been running on Twitter with a prize of a totally free photoshoot and loads of prints/wall art products worth a total of around £400.
Currently the facebook competition has had around 100 entries. Whereas the twitter competition has had almost none!
As a photographer in a learning mode, I can only imagine there are two possible reasons for the total lack of love on Twitter:
1) One is that y'all might be a bit sceptical about the nature of the prize. Well, I can promise you that this prize is not too good to be true. Your postcode has not been selected from our database. You have not been referred by an imaginary friend. If you are fortunate enough to win, I will come with you to a location of your choice and take some jaw-dropping photos of you with your friends/family. I will then give you a CD with all of the images from the shoot, a bunch of photographic prints and a big canvas wrap. This will cost you nothing... nada... zilcho
2) The other and much more likely reason for the lack of twittage is the notable fact that none of my audience are actually on twitter! That's totally ok. It's my fault, not yours. But let's make this work, yeah?

From this point forward, the photoshoot competition will also be open to anyone who likes or shares my artist's page on FB.
If you have already liked, shared or subscribed to Sean Afnan Photographer, and you live in England or Wales, you will automatically be entered into the photoshoot prize draw, which will take place on 12-10-12.
Tell your friends, write to your MP, scrawl it in chalk on the pavement outside your granny's house... SEAN AFNAN IS GIVING AWAY FREE STUFF
